恆溫系統微生物冷卻系統

■ 本系列產品組合套裝,冰盒為進口產品,EVA材質;恆溫模塊为鍛造太空鋁加工中心精製而成,坚实牢固,国际通用型,已申請中國專利。

■ 本套產品爲微生物冷卻系統,恆溫平台通過直接接觸冷源或熱源調節溫度。恆溫平台放置在-196℃至100℃冷源或熱源上,通過快速傳導冷源或熱源溫度。恆溫平台上放置恆溫盤和恆溫槽,恆溫盤和恆溫槽上面放置試驗用的試管,孔板或其他試驗樣品。恆溫盤傳導模塊避免了把試管直接插入在溫度源上,確保溫度分佈一致,降低組織污染風險。

■ 所有產品都受過陽極氧化和防腐處理。可用溶劑,含水洗滌劑,醇類和酸/鹼殺病毒劑(例如衛可)清洗。在使用清洗溶液後,需用乾淨的水沖洗。避免在過高或過低PH溶液中長時間浸泡(超過一小時),可在高達250°C下,高溫高壓消毒。

特性:

■ 太空鋁恆溫模塊由獲得專利的導熱合金材料組成,這種導熱合金材料可以將熱量從高溫區域傳導到低溫區域,直到兩個區域的熱量達到平衡。正是這種性能,這種材料便成為瓶子、試管和導管的最佳材料理想的持有者。

 注意事項:在製冷或加熱時,金屬表面直接接觸皮膚會引起嚴重燒傷。皮膚切勿直接接觸冷凍或加熱的金屬表面。在處理乾冰、液氮或其他熱源上的模塊時,務必使用絕緣防護手套。當使用液氮時,請遵守所有實驗室安全程序。

Constant Temperature System, Micro-organization Cool System

■The ice pan is import product made of EVA. The modules is made by aluminum alloy. It’s strong and firm international generic type, which has applied for patents in China.

■ It designed for protein and nucleic acid handling cool system, The DyCoolThermalTray through contact with dry ice, ice, water or liquid nitrogen to maintain the temperature constant. Put it in the ice pan, and than put the DyCoolRack and DyCoolSink on it. The tubes and plate could be put on the DyCoolRack and DyCoolSink.

■ The product is designed to regulate temperature through direct contact with a cooling, freezing, or heating source. A module placed on a cooling or heating source(-196℃ through >100℃) will rapidly adapt to the source temperature and keep tubes and plate wells consistently at the same temperature.DyCoolRack replaces direct insertion of tubes and plates into or onto the temperature source, allowing for more uniform temperature distribution, increased organization, and minimized contamination risk.

■ All thermo-conductive modules are anodized and corrosion resistant. They may be cleaned with solvents, aqueous detergents, alcohols and acid/base viricide (such as Virkon S) solutions. Rinse with clear water after using cleaning solutions. Avoid soaking for extended periods (more than one hour) in low or high pH solutions. The modules are autoclavable and can be heat sterilized up to 250˚C.

Features:

■ DyCoolRack, DyCoolSink and DyCool ThermalTray modules are made of a patented thermo-conductive alloy material that transfers heat from higher temperature regions to lower temperature regions until equilibrium is reached, thus making them ideal holders for your the vials and tubes.

■ Quickly adapt to temperature and maintain constant temperature (+/- 0.1°C) to all wells.

 CAUTION: Direct skin contact with metal surfaces at cryogenic temperatures or when heated can cause serious burns. Never touch frozen or heated metal surfaces with bare skin. Always use insulated protective gloves when handling modules in dry ice, liquid nitrogen or any heat source. Follow all standard laboratory safety procedures when using LN2.
